How do I place an order?

Through the web site by way of secure server.

By phoning 604.826.4199 Monday Thru Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST.

Also include: Your name, full mailing/shipping address, daytime & evening telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information, including expiration date.


How do I pay?


We accept: Visa or Mastercard or American Express, Pay pal, certified Cheque, Money Order or Transfer.
You may checkout using our secure server on this site, or fax your order, or call in your order.

If paying via Pay Pal, select the Pay Pal option.  Once we have pulled your order and calculated shipping cost, we will put in a request for payment via pay pal. We will ship your order once we have received payment.


How quickly do you ship?


Most orders are shipped 2 to 4 business days [Monday thru Thursday] after received. Orders received after 2:00pm PST are considered received the next day. Depending on where you are, will determine how long it will take to arrive once we have shipped the order.


Do you offer wholesale pricing?


We have maintained low pricing throughout our product line to give you the best possible price for the quantities listed. You’ll note that as sizes of product increase [ie palm oil], the cost per unit [ie ounce] is reduced. Should you require quantities of product larger than those shown on the web site, we would be pleased to quote on the specific items you would like pricing on.


Do your prices include taxes and shipping?


All prices on the site are in Canadian dollars include applicable provincial taxes. Shipping costs are FOB Mission, BC, Canada.

CUSTOMER PAYS ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS Plus $1.50 for small boxes up to $3.50 for Large Boxes

Base rates anywhere in Canada, even if ordering 1 bottle of fragrance oil is a minimum of $8.50 to $14.50. Depending on if it is local or across the country.  Prices go up in smaller increments as the weight and size of box increase.

Freight rates are a function of total shipping weight coupled with destination address and therefore must be handled on an ad hoc basis. It is not possible to publish freight rates because of the inherent variances in shipping specifications. Shipping cost are added to your invoice once we have pulled your order and measured and weighed the box. We do this to ensure that you are charged the exact shipping costs including boxes.  Some companies use shopping carts that include the shipping, but we have found that shipping costs are usually inflated and not accurate using that method.  If you would like us to quote you for shipping before processing, you need only to put the request in the comments section.  We will then get back to you with a quote and wait for your approval before processing.

Due to the amount of work that goes into putting together large orders (over $100.00), we have had to make the decision to charge for the goods before pulling the order  to ensure that the credit card will be approved.  You will note that sometimes you will have two separate charges on your credit card.  One for the goods, the other for shipping.  Shipping cost are calculated by box size and weight.  In order for us to get exact calculations, we need to measure, weigh, package count and label the goods.  Once we have the complete order pulled, we package it into boxes and determine the shipping costs.  Because we have had numerous orders that we have had to put much time and energy into, only to find that the credit card is not approved, we have been forced to make this decision.  In the event that an order has been pulled, and the credit card has been charged for the goods, and then been declined for the shipping, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee, which we will adjust on the amount owed back to you for the goods that are not being shipped.

How do you ship?



We will ship with your preferred carrier. We have shipped Greyhound, Canpar, FedEx, and UPS.
Canadian orders are shipped by way of Canada Post, regular mail, unless otherwise requested. Canada Post postage rates are calculated for each order, as Canada Post’s criteria for shipping includes both the weight and the dimensions of the package.


Are shipments insured?


All orders are shipped insured.

We ship across Canada

Orders are shipped from Mission, British Columbia, Canada.


When do I get my backordered items?


We do not invoice for backordered items [items not sent], and do not currently have the facilities for shipping out backordered items. If an item is not included with your order, please reorder this item if you would still like to receive it.

What is your return policy?

Because of the nature of the following items, we cannot accept returns on:
Essential Oils, Fragrance Oils, Herbs & Botanicals, Carrier Oils, Powders and Salts, Pigments, Colorants, Dyes, Cosmetic Bases etc. Returns accepted only on Bottles and Containers, Sundry items and other items not being used in products.

We do accept returns on the other items on our web site, on the condition that the item is returned to us within 15 days of your receipt of the item. There is a 15% restocking fee for all items returned. BEFORE returning the items, you must contact us for a return claim number. Do not mail back the goods until you have received a return claim number. The item must be packaged so that there is no damage to the item, and must be in resalable condition.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, and it is obvious that the damages occurred as a result of improper handling by the carrier, as the receiver of such goods, you must file a claim against the carrier.
